My Mum’s favourite colour was purple … I think she would have liked playing with these designs.

Love the way the curved blocks are holding hands to create a border!

I like the combination of assorted frames in the second design.

Super 7s 69, 70 from Virtual Quilter

Love it!

Pointy pieced blocks are not my favourite design feature, but add a few curves, and some applique inspired quilting motifs, and an applique border and I love it!

I like the second design, including the pieced borders. I guess the quilting motifs help!

Elevenses OP 23, 24 from Virtual Quilter

Love the first one today … particularly the way some of the contrast pieces have been added to the curved pieced blocks.

Like teh second design too, but the first is my favourite.
